Smartface Team develops Smartface Cloud for the enterprises, enabling them to develop and manage native iOS and Android applications with a single JavaScript codebase. As a JavaScript Developer, you will be in the seat of our users by utilizing Smartface Cloud Platform to develop mobile apps and contribute to the development of an innovative product.

Responsibilities

• Developing mobile applications with Smartface Cloud just with a JavaScript knowledge
• Engaging with developers and engineers on the user side, gathering requirements, converting these requirements to mobile apps as well as helping them understand Smartface Cloud.
• Coordinate with development and product management team within Smartface Inc. as needed.
• Write detailed technical product documentation according to the needs of the project

Profile/Qualifications

• Extensive JavaScript knowledge with experience in JavaScript coding in any platform.
• Knowledge of software architecture and ability use high level programming techniques
• Articulate in English in order to read and understand specifications, API documents, perform written communications in English.
• Proficient in English speaking to be able to communicate with other users.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment with short turn-around times
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience.
• Hard worker with high commitment on deliverable deadlines and quality
• Willing to travel abroad when necessary
• Provide former projects and works as references

Additional Optional Qualifications

• Knowledge about mobility concepts is a significant plus
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development tools is a significant plus
• Full ECMAScript5, ECMAScript6 knowledge is a significant plus
• Knowledge about Coding Patterns is a plus
• Knowledge about DevOps is a plus
• Knowledge about Cloud Providers is a plus
• Familiarity with the ecosystem of mobile tools, APIs, frameworks is a plus
