Smartface Team develops Smartface Cloud for the enterprises, enabling them to develop and manage native iOS and Android applications with a single JavaScript codebase. As a JavaScript Developer, you will be in the seat of our users by utilizing Smartface Cloud Platform to develop mobile apps and contribute to the development of an innovative product.
Responsibilities
- Developing mobile applications with Smartface Cloud just with a JavaScript knowledge
- Engaging with developers and engineers on the user side, gathering requirements, converting these requirements to mobile apps as well as helping them understand Smartface Cloud.
- Coordinate with development and product management team within Smartface Inc. as needed.
- Write detailed technical product documentation according to the needs of the project
- Extensive JavaScript knowledge with experience in JavaScript coding in any platform.
- Knowledge of software architecture and ability use high level programming techniques
- Articulate in English in order to read and understand specifications, API documents, perform written communications in English.
- Proficient in English speaking to be able to communicate with other users.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment with short turn-around times
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities
- Finding bugs and crashes the applications in ways that developers never thought about (and preventing them)
- Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using appropriate tools (such as Appium, Selenium, Calabash, etc.)
- Analysis of automation test results
- Creation and maintenance of various tests that consist of functional and integration, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, performance and other non-functional tests.
- Create new test scenarios and cases in collaboration with team members.
- Making manual tests, and reporting the results in a clear way.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
